Stability Ball Knee Tuck

Starting Position

  • Pushup position with hands on floor and shins on the ball

Procedure

  • Pull knees to chest until toes are on top of the ball
  • Return to start position and repeat

Coaching Keys

  • Keep bellybutton in and shoulders pushed away the entire time
  • Don’t let the back sag

You Should Feel It

  • Working your shoulders, abs, and hip flexors
